E. L. McKee is a poetry, flash fiction, and non-fiction writer from the UK.

Their poetry has been published in anthologies by Rough Diamond Press and Free Verse Revolution. Their fiction has been featured by Gnome & Bone Magazine, amongst others.

They were the recipient of a 2026 Bravado Awards grant from Brave Words Theatre and they're currently working on documenting as many instances of folklore/weird-and-wonderful festivals across the UK as humanly possible—with the good faith and reverence that they all deserve.
